What we collect

When you request an inspection we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, the pest problem you describe and any details you add. Our website also records standard technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, for the purpose of understanding how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and perform pest control services, to contact you about your service, to issue written treatment records for your property, and to send the service reminders your plan includes. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties except where a service partner requires it — for example, where a property manager requires proof of treatment.

Payment and billing information

Card details are processed by our payment provider. We store only the transaction reference, the card brand, and the last four digits, which appear on your invoice and treatment record.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell behavioural data.

How long we keep it

Service and treatment records are retained for as long as you remain a customer and for seven years afterwards, because treatment documentation is required for warranty claims, HOA submissions and property sale disclosures. Enquiries that do not become services are retained for twenty-four months.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Treatment records required for warranty and legal purposes cannot be deleted while a plan is active. Email pestmasterhouston@gmail.com or call (346) 577-7378 and we will action it.
