One-time treatments for a single active problem are quoted after a free inspection, because the price depends on the pest, the extent of the activity and the size of the property. We give you a firm price in writing before any work starts.
No. We offer year-round protection plans because quarterly treatment is what actually breaks a pest life cycle, but we also do one-time treatments. If you would rather not commit, say so on the call and we will quote the one-time option.
Same-day for active infestations when you call before 2pm, next-day otherwise. We schedule by proximity, so your slot depends on which route the technician is already on.
Yes. Every product is residential-labelled, selected at the lowest effective concentration, and applied at dusk or dawn when your family is not home. You receive written instructions with the re-entry time.
If active pest activity returns between visits, we return and re-treat at no charge. That guarantee is the reason we write down what we applied on every visit.
