Built out of frustration, not a business plan
Pest Master Houston started because a technician got tired of watching companies spray a kitchen and call it a treatment.
Most companies in this industry sell visits, not results. A technician shows up, sprays a perimeter, leaves a sticker, and if the ants come back in three weeks that is simply the next scheduled appointment. It works on their income and it does nothing for you.
We built the business the other way around. Every job starts with an inspection that identifies the entry points and the breeding sites, because that is the only part that actually ends the problem. If we cannot tell you what is driving the activity, we do not treat it.
We are based in Sugar Land and run daily routes through Houston, Katy, Cypress, Richmond and Sugar Land. That means the technician who shows up tomorrow has likely been on your street this month — which is how we know which houses have bad drainage, which subdivisions were built with thin termite treatment, and where the Argentine ant colonies have taken over the mulch.
It also means we are accountable for our own work. If something comes back between visits, you call and we come back. No charge, no argument, no re-quoting.
Three commitments we do not bend on
Diagnose before treating
No spray until we know what pest it is, where it is coming from, and how deep the activity goes. Guessing is how you get a second bill in three weeks.
Price before the work
You get a firm number in writing before we start. If the job turns out to be bigger than the inspection suggested, we stop and re-quote — we never just keep working and hope you do not notice.
Document everything
Product, active ingredient, concentration, date, duration and technician name on every visit. It is standard practice and it is why our work is accepted by HOAs, property managers and insurers without a fight.
